FG77 accepts deposits through approved Philippine payment channels, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, Metrobank, and authorised payment centres such as Cebuana and 7-Eleven. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit at the platform level, though individual payment service providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Withdrawals from your FG77 account are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. Players who have not completed KYC verification may not process withdrawals until the required documentation has been submitted and approved by FG77's compliance team.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible, or to another verified account held in the player's name where the original method is unavailable.

FG77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. While FG77 employs industry-standard security measures, it cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from viruses, malicious code, or other harmful components. You access the platform at your own risk.
FG77's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to their FG77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section shall exclude or limit FG77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by FG77's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
FG77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon termination for cause, FG77 may withhold any balances in the account pending investigation. If no breach is established following investigation, the balance will be returned to the player via their original payment method. Balances associated with confirmed fraudulent or prohibited activity will be permanently forfeited.
Players may close their FG77 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1067-B establishing PAGCOR, Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act).
In the event of any dispute between you and FG77 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the FG77 platform, both parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through FG77's internal complaints procedure. FG77 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within five (5) business days and endeavour to provide a final response within thirty (30) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through FG77's internal complaints process, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players also retain the right to submit a complaint to PAGCOR regarding any regulatory matter relating to FG77's operation.
FG77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, FG77 will provide reasonable advance notice to players via a notification on the platform, an in-account message, or an SMS to the player's registered mobile number.
